My Story
Journey Within was created to be a source of empowerment for you on your healing journey. We support all aspects of the individual (Body, Breath, and Mind) as well as offer lifestyle support and education on how our daily habits and routines can support healing.
Journey Within recognizes that YOU know your body best and we put the power of healing back into your hands, coupled with the use of ancient tools and techniques. You'll come to find that innately, your body already knows what to do, it's just a matter of quieting the mind and listening to the body - and this is where we can offer support.

Hi! My Name is Brittanie and I am a certified Yoga Therapist, as well as a Children's yoga Teacher and dog mom to my sweet 15yr old husky Meeka!
I have always had an interest in how the body functions and how it is connected to the mind. I started with a university degree in Psychology which gave me a “science” based foundation but I knew there was more to be discovered. Through personal experience my path led me to a 200-hour yoga teacher training which served as the catalyst to becoming a Yoga Therapist. My eyes were opened to a new world that illustrated the depths of the mind and body. I learned how to lean into my intuition and found my inner compass.
My mission as a Yoga Therapist is to help, support you on your journey within. Connect and align, body, breath and mind; one breath at a time.
